Ever since then I have gotten certain types of comments from people. Comments like "You probably aren't getting all the nutrients you need" and "It's probably hard to not eat meat". Those comments are inaccurate. It may be difficult for some people to not eat meat when they have been carnivorous for most of their lives, but it's not impossible. As for my diet not having nutrients, that is also untrue.

Although, some of those things I've never heard of, that still sounds pretty healthy to me.There are a ton of delicious substitutes to have instead of meat, that are also very good for you.
